To quote the author:

Comments:
It is a classic and we would be at a loss without it. Excessive Overkill is a must have mod for any game that it is made for. While Excessive may not be for everyone, or long term playing, you should have it for an insane game once in a while.

That said, there are a few issues. One is balance. I’m sure the Excessive fans are going to ridicule me for saying the word, but the game lacks balance. Some weapons are clearly stronger and faster at killing then the others. For example the minigun rocks, but the enforce alt is next to useless. Since everyone starts with all the weapons, it is not a game play issue, but I found no reason to use anything other than the minigun.

Verdict:
Excessive Overkill for UT3 could be better. That does not stop it from turning any match into excessive overkill. It could be better, but is it what it is suppose to be. Get it.

	Presentation: Nice weapons and firemodes, but the effects don’t seem to be anything special.
	Performance: No problems, but balance could be better
	Fun: Great in short bursts.
